the room service disappointed i found a hair in my soup and the club sandwich tasted stale. the gym equipment also needs updating i noticed two treadmills were out of order which limited my workout options. the staff seemed indifferent when i mentioned these issues perhaps they are used to complaints by now who knows

The breakfast buffet was extensive and offered many options. I found plenty of space around the pools, so I didn't fight for a sunbed. My room was spacious, very comfortable and super clean.

The air conditioning was poor in certain areas of the hotel.

the surroundings are very glorious, that's for sure. the place was clean and tidy, totally super clean. breakfast had so many options, it was a real feast.

the room was near a noisy air conditioning motor, and that was not fun. the bed creaked with every move, honestly. the combination really meant a poor night's sleep, darn it.

The breakfast included many options. The spa offered good treatments. Staff were friendly, especially at guest relations. The pools were lovely, and everything was well maintained. It.

The room light stayed on when I entered at night. The window was open all day WITHOUT air conditioning. The shower towels were frayed with holes, WHICH i didn't like. The air conditioning was uncomfortably WARM. I reported it, but no action was taken

The facilities available suited me perfectly. I liked the well-equipped gym. The friendly staff created a cute atmosphere. Breakfast was good and had many options.

I did not like that scheduled fitness activities did not take place. Yoga on Sunday did not happen. I expected them to.
