team incompetence terrible experience

someone from the staff entered my room while i was still sleeping around 9 am. the reception staff tried to explain, but the entire team's incompetence was astonishing!!!

helpful staff central location restful stay easy exploring

the location is really central and made exploring very easy i would consider staying here again if i visit the area in the future

the limited public space was a slight inconvenience it would have been nice to have more areas to relax outside of the room
