friendly staff delicious breakfast modern amenities small gym unstable wi-fi street noise

The staff was super friendly to all my needs. I especially loved the delicious breakfast buffet it had a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was very very comfy and tidy with modern amenities .

I did notice some minor issues that could be improved upon unfortunately. The gym was a bit small with limited equipment available for workouts. The Wi-Fi connection was sometimes unstable , made it difficult to work from the room. Finally the noise from the nearby street could be heard in my room at times it disrupted my sleep.

Excellent Stay in Belém

efficient service thoughtful gesture

The front desk staff offered efficient service. Bruno even arranged soccer tickets for us. I appreciated that the hotel prepared a snack bag because of our very early departure to the airport. It was a thoughtful gesture, and I found the snack bag helpful.

The hotel is in a nice part of town away from the centre. It is close to several attractions, and it is easy to get a taxi into the city center when needed. I found it convenient.

Staff members provided friendly assistance and excelled in fulfilling every request. The restaurant staff, Solange and Rafa, were helpful. Diogo, Mariana, and Adalberto at the front desk were always ready to meet my needs. ALL the staff were great

The hotel has embraced digitalisation. I liked the decor, a clever hybrid of hi-tech modern elements. It also had the indulgent comfort of a private gentleman's club with book-lined shelves.

friendly staff fresh options amazing amenities

i really liked the friendly front desk staff they were super helpful the whole time. the breakfast was delicious with so many fresh options available i loved starting my day here. i received an upgrade to the superior king room it was so spacious with amazing amenities

the gym was small it only had a few machines

small room shower door

the staff were very friendly and helpful, it was acceptable.

The room was small, and it felt cramped. the shower door was a real problem. Water splashed all over the floor every time i used it. also, the placement of the sink made washing my face difficult. The design was clearly not thought through.

I finded the breakfast so good. The hotel offers a lovely buffet, also many choices of freshly cooked eggs. I had dinner in the restaurant twice, and the standard was high.
