Excellent Service and Comfortable Stay

The twin room had comfortable beds and plenty of space for luggage. I found many hangers for clothes, alongside tea and coffee. I appreciated having an ironing board, iron, and hairdryer in the room. I did use them all. Breakfast offered a wide choice, pastries, cereal, juice, fruit, and a full English breakfast. I enjoyed the sausages especially. The staff during breakfast were fantastic. Amanda and Teressa were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and I looked forward to seeing them each morning. The reception staff were friendly. Stephen was really helpful. He. He was cheerful and very cute, I believe he is a great asset. I was happy with the overall experience. The hotel had plenty of parking. The hotel was easy to access and inviting. I felt welcomed.
I did find the water pressure in the shower was somewhat weak.

The breakfast selection was vast, it included pastries and cereals. Juice and fresh fruit was offered. A full English breakfast was available, prepared with high-quality ingredients. I found the dining area clean and well-organized.

Check-in was quick and efficient. The room had a large car park. My room was clean. The hotel provided a free drink upon arrival.. These small touches add up to a good experience.
The non-automatic doors at the reception were heavy. I struggled to enter with my suitcase and suit. I could have used some assistance.

the staff, especially tim and ernest, gave excellent service. they were helpful with explaining the menu deals. i found the hotel location good because it was away from the main road. the room was always very clean and tidy.
i had some difficulty parking as the car park bays felt small.

the hotel features a gym complete with three treadmills and two stationary bikes for fitness enthusiasts. there is also a pool area that has twenty loungers and a shaded section for relaxation. towels are provided for guest convenience.

I found ample parking. The parking service was fantastic! I appreciated the accessible location. It was very convenient to my workplace. I also found a double room that included two chairs. Most hotels usually only have one chair.
The night receptionist was not cute , and sat playing with his phone.

My stay did not meet expectations. I found the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom unacceptable. There was hair on the walls and black mold was present between the tiles. The room felt unloved. I requested a hairdryer from reception. It never arrived.
