Acceptable stay with minor issues

nice locationspacious roomhelpful staffhot roomloud alarmsingle beds
The location seemed nice. It was easy to get around. My room was spacious and had a nice view. The staff were friendly and helpful .
The room got uncomfortably hot. I did not want to was great. An alarm sounded loudly every time the toilet was flushed. This was very disruptive. I asked for a double bed, but I got two singles pushed together.

mediocre stay, some issues noted

poor lightingtobacco smoke
i found several issues . the lighting in the reception area was insufficient. gaining access to the premises required walking through tobacco smoke. also, i booked a veggie breakfast. this detail was not noted upon check-in. i had to remind staff in the dining room.

the location was acceptable. it was close to some things i guess.
i paid for parking, but i still got a ticket. apparently, the staff didn't explain where i could park properly. also, my standard room was small and dark! it lacked any charm, disappointing considering the name of the place.

Decent Stay with Noticeable Downsides

peeling paintunfriendly staff
The room felt quite dated. The window was difficult to open. It used an old sliding system. Paint was peeling. Breakfast was also not great. The food seemed like it had been sitting out. I would not pay £15 again for that.

Excellent Stay Near the Channel

The location proved convenient for my trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful (they quickly assisted with all requests). The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of items and offered many choices. I recommend securing parking directly through the hotel for convenience.
I noticed a slight delay in receiving a response to a follow-up email regarding the final bill, but that was resolved.
