worn roomdisorganized service
The room I had could use some updating. It looked a bit worn. Housekeeping missed a spot . A small area wasn't cleaned properly. The breakfast service felt disorganized one morning. It took a while to get my order, and some items were not available. I think they could improve on kitchen organization to enhance the dining experience.

lovely roomsdog accommodationgreat locationfull blastbroken valvelacking atmosphere
the rooms were lovely. having our dog with us was really accommodated, i thought. nothing was too much trouble at all. i found the location to be idyllic.
our original room had the heating on full blast on the hottest day of the year. we were moved without any fuss. the second room had a loo with a broken valve. the new dining room lacks atmosphere, i think.

a decent stay

helpful staffgreat locationunclean cottagekitchen attention
the staff kept our electric bikes indoors overnight, i appreciated that. also, the location is pretty good and the views are worth the travel time.
i stayed in the self catering cottage. unfortunately, it was not very clean. the bathroom and kitchen needed attention, i found that unsettling.
