really good experience

luxurious breakfast great recommendation lovely view
the breakfast offered a luxurious start to the day, with amazing views of the lake and surrounding mountains. i received a glen side room, it had attention to detail, and the staff gave great recommendations. the dinner was lovely and i found the view from my room lovely, so i seemed like royalty staying there.
on arrival, i found that there was no elevator, and no one helped with the luggage. the online pictures looked great, but the hotel didn't fully meet the expectations. the doors were old, and it was loud from the hallway.
Location
9/10

The room was dusty. there was an iron board leaning against the wall near the headboard. It wasn't great. the bathroom had no shelf anywhere.
