underwhelming stay issues need addressing

broken window framelimited menu

i was pretty frustrated with several aspects of my stay the room i got seemed past its prime a broken window frame and another window painted shut were real disappointments plus the bed was weirdly sloped the food didn't impress me much either the menu was limited and the execution felt average also the staff while working hard seemed stretched thin i just didn't feel i got my money's worth.

I was allocated a room called 'Comfy King Room'. The room was a great size. The bathroom includes a shower cubicle and a slipper bath. The location is heavenly (really!). The loch is visible from the benches on the shore.

The hotel could use a little money spent on it, just to freshen it up slightly.

Fantastic Experience on Loch Awe

I found the staff friendly. The location provides fine view. The shower was powerful. The food I ate tasted great. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is well maintained. Michelle and her team gave warm welcome. The room was super clean and comfortable.

I found the sitting area had only one parasol for six tables. The weather was hot . The septic tank overflowed near the sitting area. Children were playing nearby. I did not consider this good.

i stayed in room fyne, a lovely space. it featured a good size and a big bathroom with a shower cubicle. the bathroom included a slipper bath. cocktails were expertly prepared by sandy, his french martini was particularly good.

some areas of the hotel seemed a little tired. i noticed that there could be refurbishment in certain areas.

The staff were helpful upon arrival. The location is certainly remote, sitting right on the loch.

The room was disappointing. The bathroom window faced ground level near the bath. This felt unsafe. one window seemed broken and damp. The other was painted shut. Breakfast was okay but when I was told there were no sausages, a veggie sausage was added to my plate.
