comfortable bedhelpful staffcold room
i found the staff very helpful and professional. the room was modern and spacious. i really had a perfect night's sleep thanks to a comfortable bed. the gym, swimming pool and sauna facilities were also spot on!
the hotel looked nice. however, the room felt cold. the heating system display was actually working, but the system was not.

I enjoyed my breakfast. The selection was good, and the service was attentive. Everything tasted fresh. the dining area itself was clean and well-kept. it made for a pleasant start to the day.

the hotel provides easy access to nearby attractions, shopping centers, and main roads. a beautiful little lake is within a five minute walk from the hotel. its central position made my explorations very easy.

I found the gym well-equipped, clean, and a place for an effective workout. the swimming pool was also well maintained. There were many loungers available. the hot tub added a touch of luxury.

Shyama welcomed us warmly at breakfast. Her customer service was excellent and so was the service from her team. They offered a good service overall and maintained high standards.
The bed was too small for two people. The bathroom was also not heated and it was quite cold during the night.

the room service had issues. i ordered twice and both times there were problems. also, there wasn't even one bottle of water available in the room. talk about stingy.
