The staff were attentive and friendly. I loved the wonderful atmosphere they created! we had a family suite and the car parked right outside, so convenient! the family suite itself was excellent! there was a fantastic choice in the restaurant, and the food was fabulous for both the adults and kids.

The beams in certain areas of the large double room require extra caution. I bumped my head once.

The room was well-decorated and furnished. It included great showers! a lovely lounge also offered fabulous views. I also loved the hot tub, always ready for use after a long day of exploring the countryside.

I was looking forward to a complimentary glass of prosecco i never received. the sharing plate menu was advertised with this offer. sadly, no one offered it, not surprising considering the high wine prices. a glass of pino grigio blush cost £12.65. It had an optional service charge attached. the sharing plate was good, but expensive wine left me feeling let down.
