Mixed Feelings About This Stay
warm room badly fitting
The room was warm. I struggled to adjust the temperature, even with the window open (it was a Standard Double Room). the shower screen did not fit properly. Water leaked onto the bathroom floor each time I showered. I reported these issues, but no immediate solution was offered. The promised resolution never materialized, disappointing.

The superior room had a large size, it was very comfortable. The location was good, everything was close. Staff are friendly and helpful, every aspect was great. The included Indian restaurant was very good.
Floorboards creaked a lot between the rooms.

Excellent Room and Helpful Staff
spacious room ample light super clean room nice addition
The room I secured was quite spacious with ample light due to the big windows it has. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, as the room was super clean. The bathroom also benefited from a large size and substantial light. It was a pleasure to use. I found that the TV included all the standard channels. Netflix, a nice addition.
I noticed the parking situation could pose a small challenge. While not a major issue, guests should be aware that spaces are somewhat limited.

spacious room original features hot shower long wait
the rooms were spacious. the decor and original features were lovely. i think the staff was friendly and helpful..
the shower was too hot. the temperature control did not work. i waited for far too long for breakfast and the toast was served with no butter.

The room was large and clean. My accommodation included a lovely gift of sweets. The Indian restaurant situated in the basement proved to be an excellent dining option, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Parking presented a slight challenge. Spaces were limited.

varied choices delicious breakfast
The Indian restaurant is located within the hotel. It provided superb meals. Breakfast offered a huge variety of choices. The food was delicious.
I requested more milk from reception but was told there was none available. I could not have a hot drink all night.

The hotel room was spacious. I got an upgrade upon arrival, as the initially booked room was a single. The hotel is central , very convenient for accessing nearby attractions and transportation.
I noticed the bathroom window was screwed shut.
