The staff were friendly and helpful, offering advice about sightseeing. i found the room very spacious. It was in the suite. cleanliness was excellent, i noted the large, super clean rooms. i observed delicious meals. The hotel ensured my mum's birthday was special.

Staff members were helpful and friendly .

Service at dinner was slow. Wine came late. A jug of water was not offered. When requested, it arrived slowly. The big letdown was the cheap margarine served instead of butter. I had to request proper butter at breakfast after discussing the margarine issue the night before. It is unbelievable.
