The food was acceptable, though not amazing.

The room was cold and staff did not improve the temperature. I only received two coffee pods. They then offered instant coffee, a real downgrade. The toilet paper was cheap, and the holder was falling off the wall.

The music system in the room was not working, disappointing. also, i found the toilet roll to be quite cheap, and the holder was loose on the wall. the staff seemed unable to find more coffee pods for the coffee machine. They offered instant coffee instead.
