the room had a plug in air freshener with a strong perfume. it bothered my chest condition so i unplugged it and opened the windows.

the room was super clean and warm the views looked over the golf course and the sea the breakfast had plenty of choice.

the kettle would not fit under the tap in the annex room so it was not really usable.

the room i stayed in was a standard king room and it was quite spacious. breakfast included a self-service buffet that had a good selection (especially the full english!). the location is excellent, with beautiful views of the sea and golf course. it's a short walk to town.

The shower temperature was hard to regulate. It switched between hot and cold too easily.

the breakfast included locally sourced produce cooked to order. i especially enjoyed the fine waiter service, it seemed like a proper treat. our room got upgraded, and it was very spacious and warm, which i appreciated after a long day exploring. it was easy to check in, too.

The green thai curry was bland with a runny sauce. The rice was not properly drained. i found this meal disappointing. the lamb burger seemed processed and overpriced for the quality.

I greatly appreciated the dog friendly pub area. It serves same food as in the restaurant. Choice of meals and drinks are wide. The hotel includes its own carpark, attached and provides disabled parking spaces. Street parking options exist near the hotel.

I found the breakfast selection great. The staff were friendly and professional. I enjoyed the upgrade to a superior room . A complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch for my birthday (unexpected, really!).

The wi-fi signal was a little intermittent in my room, but i managed with it.
