wonderful getaway!
helpful teamwarm welcomespacious roomreally good breakfast
the team gave a warm welcome and were helpful! after a shower, i ate in the restaurant, the food was amazing!!! my room was clean, warm, and spacious, i enjoyed it very much. breakfast was equally fantastic, i especially loved the fresh fruit.
the street parking was a little tricky to find initially, but it worked out fine.

the location provides convenient street parking and a nice pub atmosphere with friendly staff! the breakfast choice was reasonable, with a wide range available. i was sure they would accommodate specific requests if asked, the food was AMAZING!!!

excellent stay for Cragside visit

I found the staff efficient. They served our evening meal quickly in the busy bar, even though there was a big party in the restaurant. The bar staff were friendly. I haven't encountered such efficiency before. The hotel welcomed our dog. The whole place was dog friendly and included a massive beer GARDEN.
I noticed a lack of choices for breakfast. I believe more VARIETY could enhance the morning experience.

The hotel had easy and free parking right outside. I appreciate that the location is central. It's very convenient for Cragside house. WE really enjoyed this proximity.
