I stayed in a Beautiful king room. The bed was comfortable and large. Breakfast included a hot option made to order and a continental selection. The on-site pub had different food options compared to standard pub food.
The reception desk sometimes lacked staff when i needed assistance.

The hotel looked tired. The windows was very filthy and the view was not appealing. There was limited milk and no sugar in the tea and coffee box.

The breakfast was very delicious. It had so many options and the staff were helpful. The hotel grounds were beautiful. It had a victory feel and I enjoyed walking around the area.
The room was tiny and it only had two plug sockets. The carpets have stains and the furniture is dated. The bathroom has mould it needed a big update I see from other reviews that I am not alone here.

rude receptionistoutdated bathrooms
the receptionist attitude wasn't great. i found her rather rude. the bathrooms were quite small, they could really use a good cleaning, and i even noticed fraying on the towels.
