attentive staff clean room dark lighting difficult search

the staff was very attentive. my room was spacious and clean (i felt very comfortable). i cannot imagine a better location in the city.

the room lighting was too dark (i had trouble seeing). it was difficult to get dressed and search in my suitcase.

superb location champagne juice ample space small elevator unstaffed bar crowded breakfast room

the location was superb across from the tuileries gardens. the staff welcomed us so warmly with champagne and juice. our beautiful double room had ample space and was very clean.

the elevators were small so we used the stairs. the bar was not staffed at times. the breakfast room was small and quite crowded during peak hours.

clean room attentive staff

the housekeeping staff was attentive to keeping it well-kept. the location was also great , a short walk to several key attractions.

the elevators were quite small , so i ended up using the stairs most of the time.

helpful staff prompt service convenient location

The location is very convenient. The hotel had a good breakfast. I appreciated the very helpful staff. They even helped me find local restaurants that suited my tastes. I found the room service was very prompt. My order always arrived quickly and was accurate.

The elevators were somewhat small.

The beautiful double room had enough space. There was a huge armoire for hanging clothes. It provided plenty of room for moving around in the room, which I appreciated after long days exploring.

The hotel is steps from a metro station, made getting around easy. It allows quick access to various sites. The hotel's proximity to the Louvre was also convenient. I could walk there easily.

The hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea daily in the lobby. They also gave me champagne upon arrival. I liked having this welcome. The small bar area added to the experience.
