the spacious room had plenty of natural light.
Our room's air conditioning was locked. It barely functioned as a fan. i know energy costs are a concern these days, but advertising air conditioned rooms and then not providing it is disappointing. we also had trouble with a room deposit, it still wasn't refunded after two weeks.

I was disappointed, we booked a LEVEL Premium room. The air-conditioning system was confusing and inconsistent. It was impossible to control, even after following their instructions. The room swung between freezing cold and unbearably humid. This.

The breakfast buffet offered good options. Staff were helpful during check-in.
The air conditioning was not working properly. I reported it, but the room remained uncomfortably warm. the television remote was missing. I had to call multiple times to get it delivered, which took a long time.

amazing hotel, love it!

i totally loved how awesome the front desk staff was, they just rocked! the hotel felt so luxurious, and i'm already planning my return trip. i think there's a need of dedicated area for reclaiming luggage to save time during check-out. i noticed almost 20 minutes was spent in line for tagged bags on the way back to the airport.
the rooms could be small and remind those of a 2-3 star hotel, knees nearly touched the door in the toilet, and its not ideal. the only good thing was the super comfortable beds.

this hotel has a great breakfast. breakfast had many options and everything was tasty, so it started the day off right. the hotel has convenient parking next door, which really helps when driving into the city.

the staff are nice and helpful. the front desk was particularly amazing, they were very attentive. the hotel quickly responded when i asked to adjust the temperature. they also managed every customer request without issues.

the rooms are spacious and offers so much natural light, which makes mornings awesome. my room allowed a late checkout, super convenient for my schedule. the beds felt very comfy, so i could relax well.

The location is awesome. the hotel is right next to a metro station. Getting around was easy. there is a main metro line very close to this hotel. this makes exploring super convenient.
