i found a warm welcome upon arrival. proximity to the gardens and transportation was very nice. i had easy access to the gardens for peaceful moments. a window was so nice. bathroom was clean, and the shower delivered warm water with excellent pressure.

i only noted a slight lack of coat hooks near the door. i wanted a designated space for outdoor coats.

the lobby and bar area felt small, not comfortable to sit in. the photos online did not match the hotel. the owner was unhelpful, and offered no apology when i mentioned this.

the staff was friendly and helpful the room was clean i found the breakfast fresh and satisfying. the location is fantastic it is a short walk from the beautiful gardens.

the lobby area is very small it is not suitable to sit in comfortably the drinks available are basic self service coffee and tea. the photos on the web site are old they are not reflective of the current state.

the location was very quiet. it was down a tiny dead end street. the staff, led by gregory, was helpful and kind. breakfast was filling each morning (i liked the fresh fruit).

the lobby and bar area was small. it wasn't suitable for sitting comfortably. it was an area to check in at reception. the drinks available were from a basic self-service coffee and tea machine. there was no bar service.
