this hotel has a very convenient location near terminal 3. the staff were friendly and very helpful . the room was spacious with a great mattress, ensuring restful sleep. i really appreciated the free airport shuttle train located beside the hotel.

the service in the restaurant was a bit slow, especially during peak hours. i waited longer than expected to place my order. this impacted my overall dining experience negatively. i hope they will address this issue promptly.

this hotel proved to be convenient when i needed a place close to charles de gaulle airport. the train station is very close. i easily reached all the terminals. the executive lounge upgrade was worth it with its great evening drinks and breakfast before my flight. i will come back.

The minibar was empty. I thought that was a shame. i had to go downstairs for refreshments.

I appreciated that the rooms were spacious and provided ample storage for my belongings. the air conditioning worked perfectly, especially on a warm day. breakfast offered a wide variety of options. I particularly enjoyed trying the ratatouille. the runway views were also fantastic.

The shower water was not sufficiently hot. It was barely lukewarm. i noticed an unpleasant odor in the car park near the bus stop. the gym was not functional . i found the staff uninterested in guest assistance

The hotel is very close to the airport, and , made things simple. the restaurant was pretty good, so i didn't need to leave the hotel to eat. i found the bed comfortable, it was great after a long flight. the front desk attention was really good. The staff were kind.
