attentive staff good room breakfast option

I stayed in a GOOD room. The staff was attentive. I enjoyed drinks at the bar. Breakfast options were OK, it was a slightly chaotic self service.

The staff helped secure tickets at short notice to the gardens and palaces. Breakfast included a very good buffet. It also had egg dishes ordered from the menu.

I was given a room in the smaller outbuilding. Dim lighting and no information existed on how to get to my room. The view looked directly at a wall.

attentive staff efficient reception excellent concierge absent bellman lacking assistance tired tone

i found the staff very attentive. john at reception was efficient. the italian concierge marcello was excellent. the breakfast offered a lot of variety.

i noted the absence of a bellman upon arrival. no assistance was offered with luggage. the receptionist handed us the room information in a tired tone and lacked warmth

Excellent stay near a Historic Site

helpful staff convenient situation buffet breakfast

The staff helped me get tickets at short notice. The hotel is well situated for visiting the gardens and the palaces. Breakfast was included, and the buffet was very good (especially the pancakes!). The comfortable bed and bathroom facilities contributed to a relaxing stay.

i really enjoyed my stay. my beautiful king room garden view provided a serene atmosphere. the bathroom floor Was heated, a welcome luxury. i loved relaxing after long walks.

the bathrobe in my room did not quite fit right.

solid stay near the palace

convenient location friendly staff huge bed

the hotel location is very convenient near the palace grounds. the staff were friendly and helpful . i found the bedware lovely and the bed itself was huge. i appreciated the awesome bathroom in my room.

service was courteous but it was not outgoing in any way. i expected more for the price i paid for the hotel.
