CDG Airport Perfection!

The hotel's location is FANTASTIC!!! It is right at terminal 3. It made getting to my early flight SO easy. Access to terminals 1 and 2 is simple using the free train shuttle. This runs constantly.

The restaurant closed early, so I had difficulty finding food late at night.

The hotel has really close access to the CDG airport shuttle. This made arrival by train and departure by plane simple. The room was very quiet. Breakfast included a varied buffet. I'll likely book here again.

The room was somewhat warm. I tried adjusting the thermostat. It had no effect.

The location was amazing for getting to charles de gaulle airport. It was literally connected. the hotel had such a bright, modern feel. the breakfast was fantastic. It had so many choices.

the bedroom was really hot and stuffy. the reaction would normally be to open the window, though the window had been locked shut due to 'airport security' according to the sticker on the window. our air-conditioning didn't work, so we asked at the front desk to see if they could get it fixed. 'no sir, as it is still winter time, the air-conditioning is switched off for the whole hotel'.

The breakfast buffet had a great choice. It was also well stocked! The location was good. I was travelling alone late and did not want to go too far from the airport. The restaurant was also open until 10.30pm so they accommodated my late arrival.

The signage to reception was bad coming from the train station. The gentleman at reception was not cute. He seemed annoyed that I showed up. The floor with my room smelled funny. It smelled like old lettuce.

Adequate for an Airport Layover, but Room Issues Exist

My room was too warm (it was late March), and the air conditioning was turned off for the entire hotel since it was considered "winter. " I found this frustrating because the window was locked shut for security. My wife's chicken dish at the restaurant arrived cold. They returned the same dish after reheating it without apology.
