The hotel's design is perfect. The infinity pool overlooks a beautiful beach. I found the gym well equipped. The concierge arranged taxis for me. Mohamed offered cheerful service during breakfast. Omar was professional and gracious at dinner.

Every staff member I encountered was consistently cheerful. The staff helped me with my luggage. The reception was warm. I found them very professional. I was grateful for the assistance with arrangements.

The breakfast had many options. The indoor pool was nice. I enjoyed the big balcony my room had. It gave a view.
The reception staff acted disinterested. The concierge did not offer much assistance. The lunch menu was too heavy. It felt unsuitable for a beach resort.

i enjoyed the breakfast. it featured amazing high-quality options. the pool and beach were well-kept! the staff was qualified and cute.
The non smoking policy is not explained well. People still smoke on their balcony.
