cute staff informative tour fabulous blush
The staff were cute and helpful. They catered to all our needs. i enjoyed learning about the vineyard and its wines during a tour led by steve. the garden suite was lovely. I especially loved the sparkling blush, so i bought a few bottles.
the breakfast buffet had a delayed setup each morning, items was half an hour after service began.

The owners, steve and jackie, welcomed guests warmly. They ensured a family-like atmosphere. nicole. She attended to every need. kev and ian were very cute and pleasant.

Our room featured yummy biscuits. These accompanied tea and coffee. port was even offered for after dinner, a very special touch. the room was very very comfy and tidy. Much attention to detail had been applied.

The restaurant offered really good food. Both breakfast and dinner were AMAZING!!! steve shared lots of knowledge about the hotel and the winery. i had generous tastings of the wines that they produced on the hotel.

helpful staff local produce comfortable bed
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted me with my luggage immediately. The food was AMAZING!!! Breakfast included fresh local produce. I especially liked the freshly baked bread. My room was spacious and very clean. The bed was VERY comfortable.
The parking area had limited lighting at night. This made it slightly difficult to navigate.

dirty bathtub cooking flaws
The bathtub had not been properly cleaned. I found residue from previous use. it was taken care of promptly after i reported it, i must admit. the food was a real disappointment considering the high prices. my main courses cost £32 and £36.50, but the cooking had flaws, such as mushy lobster.
