limescale buildup grout cleaning
The bathroom fixtures showed considerable wear. i noticed the shower head had some limescale buildup, and the grout could use a thorough cleaning. these details detracted from the otherwise luxurious feel of the accommodation and need addressing. Proper maintenance is essential.

Mixed feelings about my stay

restaurant service bathroom cleanliness
My visit had some issues I must address. The promised restaurant service was nonexistent. I expected dinner service based on the website, but it was unavailable. I found the bathroom cleanliness lacking. A used soap tablet remained in the shower. I noticed rawlplugs were visible. There was no attempt to conceal them after alterations. These issues affected my overall impression.

cracked floor tile uneven floorboards
the breakfast was plentiful and set me up well for the day.
the bathroom floor tile had a big crack, i found this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed calibre. the uneven floorboards leading into the bathroom also presented a hazard.
