cozy room clean room friendly staff room description missing desk limited breakfast

The room was cozy and very clean. I appreciated that the artwork throughout the hotel was available for purchase. The staff were very friendly. Phoebe and jess.

I found that my room did not match the description online. I had expected a desk for work, but there wasn't one. the complimentary breakfast was limited to cold snacks, and a hot breakfast wasn't offered initially.

the room provided large mugs for refreshments.. i found that very convenient. the breakfast included good quality food cooked nicely. breakfast being nicely cooked, good quality food

Fantastic Stay! Wonderful Food!

warming fire friendly staff good food

The bar had a stylish, cute design with a very cozy fire. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. They created a relaxed atmosphere! I enjoyed the fantastic food. My steak was cooked perfectly. Breakfast was also very good. It set me up for my day.

The parking was somewhat limited. I had to park a little way away.

The staff offered a warm welcome upon arrival. Karen was especially helpful. Staff members were very polite. The manager was totally attentive. Nothing was too much trouble!!!
