poor cleaning noisy extractor
The stay started okay. the location is indeed central. however, room service was not up to par. A thorough cleaning was clearly missed. i found some trash under the bed. It seemed the previous occupants had left some belongings. sleep quality suffered because of a noisy extractor fan on the roof. It turned on every ten minutes. i mentioned it to the staff but only received an apology. they said the extractor did not belong to them but the noise definitely disrupted my sleep. i would have appreciated some prior notice or a discount. it felt inconsiderate.
