a stay with some minor issues

wide choice food selection spacious room sofa bed narrow stairs dangerous stairs attic room five flights
the breakfast included a wide choice of food. the en-suite room was beautifully decorated and located on the first floor at the front of the hotel. the room was very spacious and included a sofa bed. it gave us somewhere to sit comfortably.
The advertisement for the room needs a revision. the stairs were narrow and dangerous, especially the last flight. there were five flights of stairs to reach the attic room. It was challenging.

a nice stay

pleasant owners early breakfast excellent taxi driver
the owners were quite pleasant. they accommodated my request for an early breakfast because of my early departure time. they also packed a lunch bag for my train trip to london, which i found very thoughtful. they even helped me find an excellent taxi driver for my excursion.
the advertisement for the room should be more accurate. i was not aware that the room was located on the fifth floor. the last flight of stairs was very narrow and quite dangerous.

misleading description narrow steps
The room description was misleading. I am a woman over 60. The listing mentioned an attic room. I believed two flights of stairs were involved. I discovered five flights of stairs. The final flight had very narrow steps. It felt dangerous. The room was also unbearably hot. I left early and did not stay overnight. I also missed breakfast. I think a partial refund would be fair.
