mixed feelings about this place

stale smoke smell extra payment

The room smelled strongly of stale smoke, i reported it three times but the staff didn't seem concerned. also, the breakfast buffet was limited to a few sad pastries. Getting a decent coffee required extra payment.

limited selection unappealing quality

the location was certainly convenient for exploring.

I must say the breakfast was quite limited and not particularly appealing. I often chose to eat elsewhere after the first few days. the selection seemed minimal, and the quality wasn't amazing.

The location is excellent. It made it easy to walk everywhere! My room had a comfy bed and a great shower. The breakfast was really good with cooked options and continental options, too.

Excellent stay in superb location

convenient location excellent breakfast helpful staff

I appreciated the convenient location for accessing various attractions. The hotel offered great facilities plus an excellent breakfast choice. The staff was friendly, and their helpfulness extended beyond simple greetings as they aided with transport and provided local information. I felt very supported .

Our room looked out onto garbage in an alley, a very slight disappointment.

The room was newly refurbished and attention was given to detail. Rooms felt very clean and luxurious. It included a balcony. The room created a comfortable experience.

The staff members were very friendly polite and professional. They remembered that i was a returning guest and even helped celebrate my anniversary. I appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to assist.
