i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful . they seemed eager to assist and resolve any questions i had. the location is quite convenient, very close to the bus station. this made getting around the area simple.
the pool area was a bit small considering the number of guests. i noticed it lacked adequate shade as there were no umbrellas available.

My room was well-equipped, and i found cooking facilities including an oven, a great addition. the bathroom was spacious and functional. I found it very clean upon arrival and well-kept .

The reception staff was pleasant. I also noticed they were very helpful when i had questions. the cleaning service maintained the rooms to a high standard. They cleaned the rooms daily with fresh towels.

I found the apartment to be very spacious, a really great feature. Daily cleaning services kept the apartment tidy, a definite plus. The staff offered helpful recommendations, which I appreciated. The location allowed easy access to various points of interest, a good feature.
The balcony overlooked the bus station, I found it created noise throughout the night.

a mixed bag experience
constant noisebathroom mold
the noise was a real issue for me (i consider myself tolerant). my room faced the bus station. the constant bus traffic made it hard to relax, especially early mornings. also, i noticed a lack of attention to detail in the bathroom cleaning. there was some visible mold in the shower area, an unwelcome sight to say the least.

The staff was very responsive using whatsapp for communication, which i found helpful. they offered me a choice between two studios upon arrival (i am very thankful for that). early check-in was available (this was a big help after a long flight). i loved the location. It was close to the promenade, restaurants, and shops.
the soundproofing wasn't perfect, i could hear some noise from the nearby street.
