The superior room was super clean with thoughtful touches. i loved the soap menu and the complimentary water every day! the bed was amazing. It was the best i'd had in a while. turn down service was also a bonus. i could not recommend this hotel enough, i felt very special.

The street was very noisy at night. noise came from music. It was dreadfully loud almost every evening, and related noise outside the hotel really bothered me. i wish i had better soundproofing or triple glazing in the windows.

our superior beautiful room had soundproofing windows facing onto merchant street. a tub in the room was an added bonus. biscuits in the room bar came with an astronomical price list.

the staff remembered our names every morning and evening. staff was willing to help and assist in any way. before we arrived at the hotel, we received a warm introductory email.

the rooftop garden, sun lounge, and plunge pool provided a welcome break. i was able to enjoy the delights of the location. the rooftop area was also gorgeous.

The all-inclusive breakfast was exquisite. breakfast was beyond decadent with excellent dishes. i enjoyed the quality and inventiveness. The restaurant service was perfect! complimentary prosecco was offered at arrival.

The staff was always present, willing to assist with requests i had. i also enjoyed dinner at the grain street restaurant. The dishes had unique flavour.

the hotel lobby, constructed of marble and glass, made sound echo loudly. noise from outside was also a problem because the hotel sit on one of the main streets.
