I stayed in a golden junior suite direct sea view and it was special. the rooftop breakfast was amazing with such a beautiful view! marina and salah gave me and my wife really good service when we dined there. The food was AMAZING!!!
the room decorations seemed slightly mismatched, specifically, the tv sat directly in front of the mirror.

the location was acceptable, near some attractions.
My room smelled like smoke even though i requested a non-smoking room. i think the air conditioning system recirculates air between rooms. That's awful. also, the housekeeping clearly missed some spots because i found someone else's luffa in the shower.

the hotel's location was very convenient for accessing many attractions. the room i had included a nice, large bed. the sixth-floor restaurant provided beautiful views of the sea also where breakfast was served. the staff were really helpful.

the staff promptly addressed my requests. check-in was smooth, and i received a welcome drink. staff members were available at the front desk 24 hours a day, very reassuring to me.

The staff was friendly.
The AC in my room didn't work initially, so they switched me to another room. Then, the shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. I think the hotel needs basic maintenance. It is not four stars.

Acceptable stay, but with some disappointments

The breakfast was tasty I found it to be acceptable.
The room seemed worn I noticed the furniture looked old. The noise from the street was very loud and constant traffic made it hard to sleep. I think the lack of proper window sealing was an issue.
