i found the staff helpful they always asked about my stay i also liked the breakfast and gardens. my room was clean and spacious i found the bed quite comfortable. the pool area was very clean and well maintained. the resort provides services that helped me plan my trip.
the hotel's taxi service seemed quite expensive compared to other options like uber

Excellent Stay Near the Pyramids

I found the hotel rooms clean. Breakfast provided a nice variety, especially the fresh juice selection. Public areas had a lively atmosphere while my room remained quiet. The staff were cute and helpful, notably at reception (they are professionals!).
The hotel is not especially close to shops (a long way outside of Cairo) and the location is very long distance from the airport.
