ahmed hamdy provided first-rate service. the room has good amenities. i enjoyed the breakfast omelet and tea. the hotel generally provides good services.

the room suffered from bad soundproofing. i could clearly hear noises from adjacent rooms. conversations and tv sounds were audible. a better sound isolation measures would improve the experience.

room was very clean, hotel was nice. food options were good. gym is well maintained, it has good machine options. some parts of day even personal training support is available. mahmoud sayer was great with arrivals, also with welcome.

Rooms are quite noisy. it made sleep difficult. soundproofing is poor. even worse if it's connecting room. There's a 1cm gap at the bottom of connecting door so you hear everything as if neighbors are in room.

the hotel is located in a community of hotels. there are also schools and private residences. it seemed fairly central if you have your own transportation, or access to convenient alternatives, so I could get around easily.

The service was great. Ahmed Hamdy provided excellent assistance. The aubergine dish at breakfast stood out with GREAT flavors. The hotel is new, and everything appears fresh and well-kept.

I found the soundproofing in the rooms to be poor. I could hear conversations and noise from neighboring rooms. This was especially noticeable due to a gap under the connecting door.

The staff was attentive and friendly. Allaa Magdy remembered us on our second morning, AMAZING!!! Aly Khalid noticed our table lacked plates and silverware and promptly resolved it. Mohamed Rizk always greeted us with a warm smile.

The gym equipment might benefit from a minor update.
