The staff offered such a warm welcome. I felt completely cared for. the rooms were spacious and very clean, offering an inviting atmosphere. i enjoyed direct access to the dead sea. It was convenient and added to the overall experience.

I found the pool area quite crowded. It was sometimes difficult to find a spot to relax.

the breakfast buffet featured a vast array of choices, including gluten-free bread, and it was excellent!!! the restaurants provided diverse culinary options, offering authentic local and international dishes, and the food was amazing!!!

there were two swimming pools available, each offering a place to unwind with sea views. direct access to a private beach area on the dead sea was provided, made getting into the water simple. lifeguards at the dead sea assisted with mud applications.

the staff demonstrated friendliness and professionalism, and they made an effort to know the guests. i received really good attention and assistance from numerous staff members. valet service was offered for the car, and porters handled luggage quickly.

The check-in process? Slow. I waited an eternity while they dealt with other cars. Apparently, I wasn't important enough. The staff member at reception wasn't exactly cute either. He told me to move aside because a group was coming, how charming! The room, at least, was decent enough. The rest, not so much.

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING each day. there was so much choice and the staff was helpful. valet parking was very convenient. It saved me time. the setting is really good and having a private beach to the Dead Sea was awesome.

The gym only had a limited selection of equipment. It could use a few more machines
