The facilities are beautiful. They invite relaxation. i especially liked how close it was to petra. it was only a short drive.

the staff was very helpful throughout my stay. the rooms also had nice amenities and the room was very clean. i also enjoyed the breakfast buffet it had a good selection.

i found some aspects needing improvement. the spa experience was suboptimal as the hot water wasn't consistently available.

Authentic Charm and Really good Service

authentic experience dead-sea products magical charm wonderful buffet

The hotel provided a culturally authentic experience that genuinely was very good. I found the dead-sea products in the bathroom excellent. The conditioner, body washes, soaps and loofah were thoughtfully selected. The charm was magical and the food selection included Middle Eastern and continental dishes. Breakfast had more than enough options. The buffet was wonderful and satisfying.

The spa area experience was not great as my friend had to shower in our room after a skin treatment because the spa area had no hot water. Many lockers in the spa are broken.

Our Junior Suite had spacious and well-appointed interiors with attention to historical design. The room included high-quality linens and comfortable furnishings. The private terrace offered beautiful views and enhanced our relaxing stay.
