The gym's equipment seemed a LITTLE old.

the staff, especially osama, was very friendly and helpful during dining hours. he always showed respect and was very professional. manal and abdalrohman were also nice people to encounter.
the hotel location is near the blue mosque, i encountered some street noise. the noise made it difficult to sleep soundly during the night. they might need better soundproofing in rooms.

the staff was friendly and always willing to help with directions and recommendations.
The noise started early each morning. it made it impossible to sleep in, very frustrating! also, the bathroom had a persistent leak from the shower, i reported it, but it was never fixed. this was a disappointment.
