Check-in felt seamless, and the staff addressed a minor inconvenience with really good care. Dorathy's friendliness stood out, alongside Yazan and Elina's professional check-in service. Ahmad's farewell made my departure harder. His friendly demeanor left a positive final impression. It showed me everyone strives to.
Light switches were next to the bed. This wasn't as convenient as switches near the door. Bathroom doors had open tops, so privacy was reduced. The mirror light lacked a switch.
