Excellent Stay Experience

The hotel is connected directly to a mall, a great convenience. I found the underground parking secure and uncluttered, a definite plus. Staff were helpful. They assisted with directions and local recommendations. The supermarket nearby was very convenient for quick needs.

The scent used in the lobby was quite strong and not to my liking. It permeated the entire area, a little overwhelming. I wish they would consider a lighter, more neutral fragrance.

The fitness center features modern equipment. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The outdoor pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section. These amenities added value to my stay.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of local and international options. Fresh juices were available each morning, and the coffee service was consistently prompt. I found the dining experience quite pleasant.

THE staff were always helpful. My room had a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet offered many choices.

THE room lighting was quite dim. I noticed limited storage space in the bathroom. The noise from the nearby mall area was noticeable.

The staff was very attentive, I am grateful. The hotel upgraded my room to a spacious suite without me requesting it. Security is present, and food delivery services are available to the hotel.

I noticed a slight noise from the corridors because the hotel is within a mall.
