Surprisingly Smooth Airport Stay

free shuttle convenient kettle helpful staff

I found the complimentary shuttle service useful for my overnight layover. The room included an in-room kettle and instant coffee. It was VERY convenient. The staff members were helpful. They assisted me with my travel needs.

The room freshener scent was a little strong.

The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the airport. The drivers were very cooperative. the check-in process was excellent. The staff was polite. i appreciated the quick transfer back to departures at 05:30.

the free shuttle runs often and promptly. i appreciated its quick service to the terminals. my room was quite spacious. the staff at reception were helpful and friendly.

The tv in my room had a limited selection of channels. I found only two working.

the free transfer bus was readily available (it ran every few minutes). the check-in process was excellent with polite staff. i found the location very convenient for my airport stopover. the return driver collected me precisely on time for a quick transfer back to departures.

i received only one towel. i had to ask for another one. the water looked very dirty (i used bottled water).

unresponsive shuttle discourteous staff

The initial impression faltered due to unresponsive shuttle requests. check-in was then marred by discourteous staff. the room presented a sorry state. It was unclean and looked neglected. the absence of towels upon arrival compounded my dissatisfaction.
