Surprisingly Smooth Airport Stay

I found the complimentary shuttle service useful for my overnight layover. The room included an in-room kettle and instant coffee. It was VERY convenient. The staff members were helpful. They assisted me with my travel needs.

The room freshener scent was a little strong.

The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the airport. The drivers were very cooperative. the check-in process was excellent. The staff was polite. i appreciated the quick transfer back to departures at 05:30.

The initial impression faltered due to unresponsive shuttle requests. check-in was then marred by discourteous staff. the room presented a sorry state. It was unclean and looked neglected. the absence of towels upon arrival compounded my dissatisfaction.
