The breakfast was good. The room size was adequate and it was clean. Staff members were friendly.
The main pool was closed. I was not informed of this until check in. I was given a free upgrade with a pool view of the empty pool.

i found the noise levels to be problematic because a wedding occurred . i also noticed guests from the wedding knocked on my room door by mistake.. it felt intrusive. the room cleanliness was below standard as there were visible signs that the space had not been thoroughly cleaned.

I found the breakfast menu really nice. the staff were nice and very helpful. They always greeted me with a smile. i also enjoyed the different pools, one was for adults only which was a great feature. bottle water was available everywhere. There were also plenty of towels for all guests.
the gym facilities had times segregated, sometimes inconvenient.

The hotel is a short walk to the waterfront. There are also several restaurants and shops nearby. getting around the immediate area is quite easy. it's easy to access the main attractions.

the staff provided excellent service. they were always available and ready to help with any request! the front desk staff was efficient during check-in. the staff ensured all needs were met promptly and efficiently.
