the hotel boasts two large, well kept pools offering views of the nile. i found the temperature consistently kept at a comfortable 23 degrees throughout the hotel. i especially loved the clean premises and the pleasant fragrance that permeated all areas (so refreshing!). the staff were kind and helpful .
the breakfast buffet, while ample, lacked variety beyond egyptian-style options and could benefit from more international choices (just a thought!).

The setting on an island provided a picturesque escape. A complimentary boat provided frequent transport to the city. The triple room was spacious with a nice view. I am grateful for the friendly attention from the guest relations manager, Christeen.
The hotel location is slightly removed from the city center, requiring reliance on the hotel's boat service for transportation.

i was so impressed by the hotel's location. a quick boat trip took us right into the action. also, i got upgraded to a double or twin room superior nile view for free. the breakfast buffet had many options. i loved the fresh salads!
the gym only had a limited number of machines.

I swam in two distinct swimming pools. the larger pool had a shallow section. The smaller pool was quieter and more secluded, and the hotel also offered boat tours down the nile, such a treat!

The staff provided quick responses to all my requests, and i found them always smiling and attentive. i arranged a tour to abu simbel via the concierge. It started right from the hotel which was convenient and stress-free!

Returning to the island after excursions was a delight. i got a Nile view room upgrade. It featured a lovely balcony and a super clean, spacious layout. The pier was easy to access.
I encountered some noise Issues. Rooms are NOT soundproofed! i could clearly hear the neighbor's television.
