wael and yousef provided excellent service they ensured comfort and attentiveness i found their warm humour really good. they created a friendly and relaxed atmosphere i found every meal pleasurable. their positive energy added something special to my holiday they are a credit to the resort.

i found the cups plates and cutlery not properly washed i often found remnants of previous drinks. i was sick with gastro problems i think this hygiene issue contributed. i think more diligence in washing practices could improve guest health

I appreciated the well-equipped gym and the fabulous 16+ pool (it was very relaxing). The staff were amazing. Hamdy kept my room impeccably clean. Gehad at the 16+ pool and Ehab sorted out sunloungers. Mahmoud at the Fisherman restaurant made our visits nice.

The resort is large, so there is a fair walk to breakfast and other facilities. Buses run circuits, but the walking distance is still considerable.

everything regarding food was wonderful, the staff were attentive and helpful, and the facilities were great, a return visit is already planned without question. mostafa in the dive center organized a great tour. the hotel managed their reef very well, this is important for future years.

i noticed the resort could use some minor touch-ups to maintain its pristine condition, such as re-grouting in some bathroom areas

the territory is beautiful and green. everything is well-kept and clean. the food was very tasty and varied. the rooms are cozy and clean. our housekeeper made very nice towel figures. we stayed in room 6227.

i felt uncomfortable as a young woman travelling solo. a male receptionist asked me to text him. he reminded me again the next day. this was inappropriate.
