I found several seating areas nicely prepared. multiple bars and snack bars were available around the hotel and pools. i was also really satisfied with the modern elegant designs of the rooms and its cleanliness. the staff were helpful, especially one receptionist. He was genuinely nice and took good care of our stay.

i arrived at midnight and found an old room. the air con was very noisy and some power points didnt work. the chairs on the balcony looked worn. the food choice was limited. there were ants, mosquitoes, and cockroaches. damaged steps and missing tiles were at the pool area.

I stopped for a few nights! the food was good. The thai restaurant was tremendous! ahmed a fifi and zac looked after my wife and myself throughout the holiday. they provided a continuous flow of drinks. they couldn't do enough for us making sure our every need was catered for.

The room was dated. Wardrobes were falling apart. the air conditioning was noisy, i think, and the tv didn't work at all. some of the glasses we had were chipped around the rim! the entertainment catered more for russian and german guests.

the staff are the best i ever seen! they really help with everythings and is so friendly. the rooms were proper clean and always helping with everything i needed. snorkeling on the beach are very cool. so much fish!

the phone in the room dont work so i cant ring reception! and there are so many stairs, my legs hurt. it's difficult to get around for peoples with mobility problems

The staff was kind and helpful, and the food was delicious with plenty of options! i really enjoyed access to several swimming pools. the architecture was beautiful. I especially loved the views from my room! i used the hotel's taxi service, and it was very convenient and safe.

the wifi was only free in the lobby, and i had to pay extra for it in my room (not a big deal, but still!).

David at reception helped me with many things. he always had a great manner and smile! the hotel offers different facilities, pools, and bars. i found the staff friendly and amazing. It was my first choice in the area.

the coffee was not good. there was the same old coffee machine on each bar, with the same coffee, i always had to buy coffee outside of the hotel. they did not offer any other option.
