Wonderful Experience, Clean Rooms and Great Service

The resort features super facilities. There is plenty of space at the pool and beach. The night entertainment was mainly good. Staff members were really good. They were really friendly and always smiled regardless of the time (I thought this was great). I particularly enjoyed dinner at the Indian restaurant and lunch at the Egyptian one.

The evening entertainment area doubles as an outdoor eating area, so getting a table for the entertainment is impossible as most people eat and stay there all night. There is not enough seating inside to accommodate all guests. I also experienced difficulty getting a seat at breakfast. We often had to sit on the outside terrace under full sun with a baby.

The hotel maintained super clean conditions everywhere. It. Room service was excellent, I especially loved the cute towel animals. The animation team was fun and energetic. They got everyone involved in activities like dancing and archery. I had a blast!

The minibar in my room was not always promptly restocked. It was a minor inconvenience.

The main restaurant has a wide variety of dishes. They have options for all tastes. I also enjoyed the themed restaurants. They offer distinct culinary experiences. I tried the Asian restaurant and enjoyed it a lot.
