a good stay

really good room friendly staff tasty food

i found the room size really good. the staff was very friendly and kind. the food had great variety and was tasty too.

some of the sunbeds did need refurbishment.

Excellent Stay

fresh bread maintained landscaping excellent pastries

The staff provided great service. The landscaping was well maintained. Fresh bread baked on the premise was a plus. The mango juice was excellent, very refreshing. The hotel accommodated my changed plans when I needed to leave earlier. I especially liked the pastries and varied fish dishes.

I noticed a couple of waiters were somewhat arrogant. They seemed to think we were there for them. One evening, I mentioned I did not want a warm beer. The waiter responded that only the glass was hot.

The hotel features clean, well kept swimming pools. One pool is heated, a very nice feature during cooler months. The hotel grounds are large and nicely decorated. Overall the resort appears massive.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. It included a balcony with a nice view. This enhanced our stay. The room service was great, responding quickly to all our requests. I appreciated it.

helpful staff good food plenty beds

I had good time here. The staff seemed helpful, and the food are good. The location worked for me. I did like the pools with plenty of beds.

The rooms appear little dated.

The hotel benefits from being located a short distance from the beach. It has a beautiful walkway that is covered, which can protect you from the sun and makes for a nice walk. The area around the hotel felt secure.

The variety of restaurants provided many options, and i thought that the food was tasty and there was enough of it to choose from. I liked having the option to try diverse food without the samey buffet.

Most of the staff were very polite and helpful. They were attentive to my needs. The service in the restaurants are especially good. They are very quick and respond to requests immediately.
