The hotel rooms were immaculate and well kept. The staff was consistently friendly to our needs. I liked the variety of dining options available. The food was fresh and delicious, with options for everyone.

The Uber app seemed intentionally blocked by the hotel. This forced us to use the hotel taxi service. A round trip to the market cost significantly more than it would have with Uber.

i appreciated the variety of food available across all restaurants there were daily changes and a lot to choose from. the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. mr mohammad abdelghany really helped me .

the gym has a photographer who approaches guests daily near the starfish restaurant. they attempt to sell discounted packages which can interrupt relaxation by the pool.

I found the heated pools to be a great feature, especially during the cooler evenings. The beach area was well kept. I liked the spacious rooms and the bakery shop (the croissants were delicious!). The design of the place impressed me, especially the Red Sea view.

The cocktail selection at the bars was somewhat limited.
