The resort was nice and clean with spacious rooms. I especially appreciated the kind attention from dalia in guest relations. she proved to be the most attentive person i've encountered at a hotel. emad from housekeeping also did a wonderful job.
i found that there was no site map upon arrival, so it was difficult to navigate around the hotel and grounds, particularly when trying to locate specific areas like the quiet adult pool. the only information provided in the room was a qr code for room service. it was a bit inconvenient.

The staff upgraded us to a superior room. It had a balcony and a pool view from TWO sides. The room was spacious, very clean, and had all comforts.
I came with my family of six and my children wanted to do things that cost extra. Candy floss, bouncy castles, and popcorn cost extra. The food at night was not appetising.

the super clean swimming pools were a highlight. i really liked the great water slides everything felt genuinely perfect. the whole place felt well organized it was easy to relax.
the main pool was sometimes a bit busy for my liking.

the room was spacious. it featured plentiful storage. i appreciated lovely views from the balcony. the animation team was very fun. there were lots of activities throughout the day. the lifeguards were helpful ensuring i was accommodated.
the hotel lacked a site map upon arrival. it made navigating difficult. i had trouble finding the adult pool. the main buffet restaurants had lacking food quality. the choices were not as good compared to other similar hotels.

i really appreciated the size of the room. the room was very clean as was the hotel in general. the kids pool with slides was a highlight, providing lots of fun.
the food lacked diversity and was often repetitive (it needed more salt!). there were limited vegan options available. the beach required crossing a 300m bridge to access a lagoon for swimming.
