the heated pool was acceptable and i did appreciate it (especially after a long day of sightseeing).
I found the air conditioning to be ineffective. It barely cooled the room. also, the noise from nearby docked cruise ships was constant, especially at breakfast. the diesel engines really detracted from any sense of peace.

the location is lovely, right on the nile's bank, it made our mornings special. the grounds felt quiet and very lush. the staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient, it. the pool overlooking the nile created a calm and elegant touch.
the free water bottles in the room were limited to two per room only. any quantity beyond that incurred additional charges. this was a slight inconvenience .

I appreciated the prompt early check-in. It was very welcome after a long journey. The villa-style bungalows provided great comfort and space. The infinity pool overlooking the river offered amazing views, particularly during sunset. Dining was also a pleasant surprise. The Lebanese cuisine stood out with authentic flavors.

The hotel location offers easy access to key sites. i walked to many attractions without issue. i appreciated nino's restaurant. Its menu was diverse. the gym had updated equipment including treadmills. housekeeping provided daily cleaning. It kept the room tidy.
the evening entertainment was audible within the room until late.
