the staff always made are day better. the main splash pool kept at twenty nine degrees was amazing, it was huge with five lifeguards.

I think the tipping culture was too pushy. the room cleaner came TOO many times to check on us.

the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. i liked the freshly baked pastries! the pools were well-kept. there were always clean towels available and plenty of sunbeds. the junior swim-up suite sea view posh club had a fine sea view. it had a separate seating area too.

the hallway carpets had a very slight musty odor, i noticed, only on the third floor.

The pools were lovely and clean. We used the adult pool mostly. the pool attendants were very attentive and friendly. mamoud decorated my sunbed area for my birthday, very nice! the grounds are kept immaculately. it is a beautiful hotel.

I found the constant spa representative badgering everyone for treatments annoying. it happened up to four times per person per day. the room cleaner kept knocking to see if we were okay, it was very irritating and too frequent. The cleaner haunted us!

Relaxing Stay with Attentive Service

My room was very spacious and clean. Ramy did a great job looking after our room and creating wonderful towel art. I spent most of my time at the beach (the private areas are a plus). All the restaurants served great food. The Mongolian was a standout with the custom cooking experience.

The gym could use a little updating (equipment is a bit dated).

Breakfast offered many fresh fruits and tasty pastries (especially the pancakes!). A la carte restaurants served wonderful food. Manohar at the Indian restaurant. The Mongolian restaurant had a great concept to pick your own food.
